Bluezone Property Management

The main advantage of an in-house property administration company is the low monthly management fee, generally between 1% and 3%, which is below market cost. In addition, the focus stays on the management of properties in the BLUEZONE Investments portfolio.

BLUEZONE Property Management is involved in all tenant-related issues and takes care of tenant contract renewals and the placing of new tenants. The investors have the peace of mind that all commercial property management issues are taken care of for them. To ensure that investors' best interest is taken into account, the BLUEZONE Group offers clients the option of using any other property management company should they feel that BLUEZONE Property Management does not meet their specific needs.
