The FSB is committed to the fair treatment of both users and providers of financial products and services in South Africa. Bluezone is an authorised financial service provider with FSP number 21227.
BLUEZONE Property Management - To ensure that investments are managed to their maximum potential, BLUEZONE Group has appointed BLUEZONE Property Management to take care of the administration and management of buildings. This includes rent collection, maintenance and upkeep of all properties within the BLUEZONE portfolio.
The LDP group is a well-known and established practice of public accountants and auditors, and in addition to statutory and compliance work, we render specialised financial, computer related and taxation services to a broad spectrum of clients. In the Republic of South Africa the LDP group has offices in Stellenbosch, Bellville and Mossel Bay, and associated offices in Vredenburg. The directors have extensive experience in public practice, and most of our directors have completed their respective training periods with international auditing firms.
Honey & Partners - This well-established law firm was founded in 1962 and now has offices country wide. They will be acting as the transferring attorneys, and will be in charge of all legal matters.
SAAPS - (South African Association for Property Syndicators) is a constitution governed Voluntary Association which was founded with the objectives of representing, furthering and protecting the interests of investors, promoters and management companies in the unlisted property syndicating industry. SAAPS’s vision is to develop, promote and advance the interests of the South African unlisted property syndication industry, and to serve and protect the interest of our members and their investors.
