The property is located in Kent Avenue, just off Republic Drive, Randburg. Similar modern office buildings surround it.

Due to the good locality as well as demand, some houses along Republic Drive are being converted into offices. Ferndale, which is a mixed-use area, houses the CBD of Randburg, up market and middle class residential dwellings, and a fair number of commercial developments especially on the main through routes.

Ferndale is well established with good access roads. In relation to other main centers, e.g. Sandton, Rosebank etc it is considered to have a good locality.
