The rental income generated from tenants is used to pay the investors' interest on their loan accounts monthly. Initial interest on the investment will start at between 9% and 11%. The investors will benefit from an annual increase in income of between 5% and 10% as the rental income escalates. Additionally, 85% of capital growth on the initial investment gets distributed amongst investors.
